Brit Morin is the founder & CEO of Brit + Co, a digital media and commerce company that provides tools to teach, inspire and enable creativity among and engaged audience of millennial women. Brit + Co connects a community of over 90M women together every month online and across social platforms to provide skills and inspiration for a more creative lifestyle.

Brit is also the author of the bestselling book, Homemakers: A Domestic Handbook for the Digital Generation, which debuted in early 2015.

When she's not coming up with creative ideas to share with her fellow makers, Brit can be seen on several national TV shows like The Today Show, Rachael Ray, Steve Harvey, Meredith Vieira, HSN and more. She has also been a spokesperson for companies like Target, Uniqlo and 3M, and a media contributor for Katie Couric, CNN, Yahoo and the Huffington Post.

Brit is constantly quoted as an expert and entrepreneur in business publications like the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and Forbes as well as women’s lifestyle outlets like Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Marie Claire.

Prior to founding Brit + Co in late 2011, Brit worked for Google, where she spent four years helping to launch and grow products like Google Maps, Search and YouTube. Before Google, she worked on iTunes at Apple and at various Silicon Valley startups. Brit currently serves as an advisor and investor in several technology startups and is a special partner to Slow Ventures, an early stage investment fund. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and currently lives in the Bay Area with her husband, Dave, and their two children, Ansel and Austin.
