Bidhan "Bobby" Parmar serves as the Shannon G. Smith Bicentennial Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He teaches courses on business ethics, collaboration, and creative and critical thinking. Additionally, he is a fellow at the Olsson Center for Applied Ethics and the Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University, and co-directs the Darden Experiential Leadership Development Lab.
Parmar's research focuses on how managers navigate uncertainty and collaborate to create value for stakeholders. His work assists executives in better handling ambiguity in their decision-making processes.
