Deion “Prime Time" Sanders is “Coach Prime,” the head football coach at the University of Colorado. An eight-time Pro Bowler, and two-time Super Bowl champion, Sanders played 14 NFL seasons for the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders and Baltimore Ravens. He is the only athlete who has ever played in a Super Bowl and a World Series. Sanders is a former National Football League cornerback who spent 14 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders, and Baltimore Ravens. The position in this cornerstone hall of fame decorated his two Super Bowl wins, eight Pro Bowl selections, and induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.

He is an ardent family man. A proud father, he has five children—some of whom followed him into athletics. Two of his sons, Shilo and Shedeur, played football at Jackson State when he was a coach for them, and his youngest daughter, Shelomi, plays basketball.
