"I've been facilitating for MIT Professional Education's Applied Generative AI course for a year and a half now -- that's forever in GenAI years: of the hundreds of participants, many of them of course bright and wonderful folks, Kanene was the only one I felt compelled to invite BACK to a later round of the course as a Guest Speaker. She breaks down not just the technical core, but the knock-down effects of GenAI adoption in such a colorful and approachable way. And it's not just through talented explanation: she has lived most of the examples she shares, and is constantly building more -- more dynamic encounters with AI-tech and culture, so that every lesson she shares contains a freshly lived example of how the tech and its hype effects us all." Aaron Bell PhD MIT Professional Education - Learning Facilitator "I'm consistently impressed by her deep understanding of AI ethics and inclusion, approaching these topics from a sustainable perspective. Kanene has a keen ability to anticipate trends and find solutions that work for everyone." —Meeckel Beecher, Shutterstock Kanene Holder is a transformational educational leader who's been ahead of the curve with empowering educational experiences that create post-secondary readiness. I've worked with Kanene for over a decade as a collaborator and peer and I've witnessed her launch career days, internships, grant-writing programs for middle schoolers, while coaching their teachers to engage in rigorous, standards' driven instruction. Her work led to a direct increase in literacy and numeracy skills that shielded scholars from pandemic driven learning loss. Kanene is a visionary who sees educational trends well before they occur, I strongly recommend partnering with one of the most impactful educational leaders.
