MILCK (Connie K. Lim) Speaker Profile: At A Glance
MILCK’s unique blend of music, storytelling, and guided meditations allows her audiences to connect deeply with themselves and each other. Her global viral anthem “Quiet,” a declaration of resilience after domestic violence, became Billboard’s No. 1 Protest Song and an NPR American Anthem. She’s also working with La Jolla Playhouse on a seriocomedy musical that explores the power of healing intergenerational trauma. MILCK’s transformational offerings have led her to share stages with Oprah, Cheryl Strayed, Michelle Obama, and Amanda Gorman, inspiring connection and collective empowerment.
Connie Lim, professionally known as MILCK, is a singer/songwriter/producer who has spent close to two decades professionally working with the powerful medium of music. She landed on the global stage when her performance of her song “Quiet” went viral and sparked a global movement. From Sweden to Ghana, singers from all over the world started flooding the streets to flashmob her song and share their own stories of struggle and survival. The ESPYS had MILCK sing the song as the survivors of Larry Nassar walked onstage to accept the Arthur Ashe Courage Award, and Billboard named her song the #1 protest song of the year.
Her ability to craft anthemic songs has led MILCK into years of social change work. She collaborates with grassroots activists, corporate leaders, artists, and politicians to work towards common goals. She has shared the stage with luminaries like Oprah Winfrey and Secretary Clinton. Her collaborations with GRAMMY winners like John Legend, Ani DiFranco, and Natasha Bedingfield continue to deliver powerful anthems for critical movements, including reproductive rights and anti-violence campaigns. Honored by Planned Parenthood, Netflix’s This Is Pop, and the Los Angeles City Council, MILCK invites individuals and organizations to join her in transforming personal pain into collective power.
MILCK storytelling has extended into musical theater as she partners with La Jolla Playhouse to debut her groundbreaking musical, led entirely by women of color, exploring the powerful ripple effects of healing from intergenerational wounds.
“MILCK embodies authenticity and builds community through her art, music and speaking engagements. I’ve had the privilege of working with her across multiple countries — including at the United Nations — where she has inspired generations of young people to be confident in their abilities and future dreams. She is a change maker, a truth teller, a creative gift to the world.”

"I’ve had the privilege of working with MILCK multiple times over the years, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Beyond her undeniable talent as a musician, she brings a deep understanding of people, mental health, and identity - delivering her art with unmatched genuineness, care, and passion.
Most notably, I worked with MILCK in a corporate setting at the P&G We See Equal Summit, a global conference dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion. Our team was intentional about creating space for conversations around mental health and identity in the workplace, and MILCK played a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life.
With profound clarity and vulnerability, she shared her own experiences of overcoming mental health challenges in a way that deeply resonated with our diverse audience, spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the U.S. She then led a music-driven meditation that was nothing short of transformative. The session was the highest-rated across the two-day summit, equipping teams with tangible tools to continue breaking the stigma around mental health in their respective markets.
What sets MILCK apart is not just her artistry but her ability to create impact - whether on a global music stage or in a corporate setting. She and her team approach every engagement with intentionality, taking the time to truly understand the needs of their audience and craft meaningful experiences. I would highly recommend MILCK for any event looking to blend artistry with purpose. She is a joy to collaborate with, and her work leaves a lasting impression wherever she goes."
