Chick-fil-A is a restaurant chain that was founded 70 years ago. With over 1,900 restaurants, it has been admired and also attracted a lot of controversy over the last few years. What is fascinating is how the values of the founder, Truett Cathy, have created a culture that differentiates the organization from most other fast-food chains. I recently sat down to interview Dee Ann Turner, VP of Corporate Talent, to discuss her recent book,¬†It’s My Pleasure,¬†about how talent and culture have driven the organization’s success.
