Success is about daring to do what we want to do and be who we are, insists Agapi Stassinopoulos, author of Wake Up to the Joy of You: 52 Meditations and Practices for a Calmer, Happier Life. An empowering voice for both women and the men who support them, Agapi connects and moves her audience with high energy, wit, and Greek wisdom. She imparts personal lessons and principles to achieve success that include leveraging the power of the heart to overcome obstacles, following your core values, enlisting your team to help achieve positive outcomes, and realizing the benefit of helping others. • How to Create a More Mindful Life with Renewed Enthusiasm

We live in a world that forces us to stay online around the clock, which has led to an epidemic of sleep deprivation, burnout, and stress. In doing so, we are losing our ability to manage and nurture those deeper connections that matter most, including those at home with our families, in social settings with friends, and in the workplace with colleagues. Drawing on the latest groundbreaking neuroscience and examples from leaders across areas of specialization, Agapi Stassinopoulos illustrates the relationship between well-being and performance by showing how microscopic daily habits can reverse this epidemic. She refers to the wisdom of her Greek ancestors who asked the question, What is a good life, and what is it like to live a life that we value? In these talks, audiences will learn strategies on how to change erroneous beliefs and how to start prioritizing their personal well-being so that they can tap into a more successful and fulfilling life.
  • Unbinding the Heart: A Dose of Greek Wisdom, Generosity, and Unconditional Love

In this talk, Agapi Stassinopoulos invites audiences on an inspiring journey of inner exploration to reconnect with their true selves. Born in Greece, Stassinopoulos learned the essential truths of happiness through the examples of wisdom, caring, playfulness, and generosity she saw all around her, starting with her own mother. She came to realize that everyone is born with an open heart, but that we quickly learn to put conditions on our happiness—comparing ourselves to others, casting judgment, allowing fear or entitlement or self-righteousness to take hold—and slowly our hearts begin to close. Stassinopoulos shares stories from her mother's bountiful kitchen, to the London classical stage, to an epiphany on a New York City bus—and inspires audiences to let go of the beliefs that bind them and come to a deeper understanding of life and love.
  • Rekindle Your Enthusiasm, Find Your Passion

So often in our lives, as we do the things we do, we tend to fall into a pattern of living on automatic. We lose our enthusiasm and life becomes mundane and unfulfilling. How then do we rekindle our enthusiasm and passion, so that we can be fully engaged in our lives? In this talk, Agapi Stassinopoulos shares wisdom from her own life’s experiences, and shows us how to tap into an unlimited source of energy as we let go of judgments and conditions to rekindle our own spark. By sharing her own story with vulnerability, authenticity, and humor, she enables us to rediscover our own enthusiasm.
I have had the great pleasure of working with Agapi for both live and virtual events. Always the professional, Agapi’s genuine warmth, passion, and sincerity translates as well digitally as it does in person. Using technology, Agapi is able to bring the same sense of quiet introspection and empowerment one seeks to find in traditional forms of meditation. She is adept at custom-creating her sessions to resonate with the audiences she is speaking to, and to suit the format in which she is delivering her message. I am very discerning about the speakers I feature at our events, and I wholeheartedly recommend Agapi. Her talent, and her presence, is inspired and unmatched.

In our efforts at The Honest Company to build a workforce that is empowered, productive and healthy,  I have had the pleasure to partner with Agapi Stassinopoulos.  Agapi has lead our Senior Leadership team in activities and discussions regarding self-care and wellness and the important issue of corporate burn-out.  As we continue to look for ways to deliver inspiring programs for all our employees I highly recommend Agapi and her work with Thrive Global.  They always find a way to deliver practical tools and strategies through webinars as well as in person.  I am so impressed about the delivery Agapi did virtually, bringing both the head and heart to the sessions, making meaning for all and driving action for the team. These sessions have truly touched each of our employees and has given them valuable tools to make small changes in their daily lives.

Right from  the start, Agapi opens the door of our virtual world and makes us feel like she is there in person. She is engaging, aware, and caring of the "room", and delivers a most meaningful beautiful message filled with insights and give us practical keys to help us attune and feel empowered. We would welcome her back anytime and highly recommend her to all !

We were so fortunate to have Agapi help us launch a new webinar series 'Against All Odds' for Entrepreneur Middle East. She is remarkable in her dynamic way of delivering inspiration and empowering people, especially at this time of crisis, to find their calm and center. But what I appreciate the most is her respect and care for our listeners - she took the time to read and answer so many of their questions, calling everyone by their names, and offering a piece of advice tailored for each of them. Needless to say how much they loved and appreciated that - she really makes people feel valued, heard, and seen. During our preparation for the webinar interview, she was so warm, positive and personal. I highly recommend her for anyone who is planning virtual events.

— Tamara Pupic, Managing Editor at Entrepreneur Middle East
