Carol Frohlinger is a negotiation expert, co-author, and former attorney who has dedicated her career to empowering women to negotiate with confidence and authenticity. As the founder of Negotiating Women, Inc., she has worked with organizations like Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association to help women advocate for themselves and achieve their personal and professional goals. Carol co-authored the influential books Her Place at the Table: A Woman’s Guide to Negotiating Five Key Challenges to Leadership Success and Nice Girls Just Don’t Get It: 99 Ways to Win the Respect You Deserve, the Success You’ve Earned, and the Life You Want. Through these works, she addresses the unique challenges women face in negotiation and provides practical strategies to overcome them.
