Carol Fulp is the CEO of Fulp Diversity LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. She is also the author of Success Through Diversity: Why the Most Inclusive Companies Will Win, a book praised by Publishers Weekly, Booklist, and the World Economic Forum. Her work has impacted over 100 organizations, including Microsoft, McKinsey, CVS, and the Boston Red Sox. Previously, Fulp served as President and CEO of The Partnership, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing the competitiveness of New England by attracting, developing, retaining, and convening multicultural professionals. Under her leadership, The Partnership collaborated with more than 300 corporations and supported over 4,000 multicultural executives and professionals through its leadership development programs. Before her tenure at The Partnership, Fulp held executive positions at John Hancock Financial, WCVB-TV (Boston's ABC affiliate), and the Gillette Company. She was appointed by President Barack Obama as a U.S. Representative to the 65th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, an experience that deepened her commitment to diversity and inclusion. Fulp serves on several boards, including those of Eastern Bank, the American Student Assistance Corporation, and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library Foundation. She is also a founding co-chair of the Massachusetts Conference for Women, the largest professional women's conference in the country. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades, such as the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Bostonian Award and recognition as one of the "50 Most Influential Bostonians" by the Boston Business Journal. A graduate of the University of the State of New York, Fulp has received honorary doctorates from New England Law Boston, Salem State University, and Suffolk University Sawyer Business School. She resides in Boston with her husband, C. Bernard Fulp.
