After graduating with honors in business management economics and psychology from the University of California Santa Cruz, Jacob was excited to join the corporate world. Today, Jacob Morgan is a trained futurist and one of the world’s leading authorities on the leadership, employee experience, and the future of work. Jacob is the best-selling author of four books: The Future Leader (2020), The Employee Experience Advantage (2017), The Future of Work (2014), and The Collaborative Organization (2012).
