Meet Kimble Lewis Kimble delivers keynote addresses on topics of sales, strategic leadership, motivation, and career management to global audiences. For three decades Kimble has served in leadership at different Global Systemically Important Banks (the largest banks in the world), been given disparate missions to execute, multicultural environments to lead in, and multigenerational cultures to navigate, and he still found ways to win followership, grow highly engaged leaders and teams, and build long-term enterprise value. Mr. Lewis began his career in financial services in 1994 working for The Bank of New York (BNY Mellon) in Garden City, Long Island, New York. Since then, he has held a series of key leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Capital One Financial, TD Bank Group, PNC Financial Services Group, and most recently at Wells Fargo where he served as Strategy and Business Growth Executive for the Consumer, Small and Business Banking organization. His span of control and influence was over the $3.7 billion P&L and 3,500 employees in the Small and Business Banking organization that serves 3.5 million small business customers. He led evolutionary change and transformations that achieved 5X growth in non-interest income for a new line of business, contributing to Wells Fargo’s pursuit to winning 15% return on tangible equity (RoTE). As a Public Speaker, Kimble brings winning and diversified experience, perspective, and expertise to global audiences on the topics of sales, strategic leadership, business growth, M&A integration, evolutionary, and revolutionary change. Further, Kimble is an Author of the “Once Undesirable. Now Undeniable! newsletter on Substack, and he is authoring a book where readers and audiences will receive practical insights on how to build world class sales organizations and teams, achieve competitive and comparative advantages, and grow highly engaged managers, leaders and teams. At The American College of Financial Services, Kimble teaches strategic leadership as part of the college’s executive education curriculum. He is honored to be influencing the future of sales leadership in global asset management, global wealth and investment management, financial advisory, tax and estate planning through teaching, research and innovation. Kimble lost both of his parents early in his life, but he never gave up. He holds an MBA in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. Being a lifelong learner, Kimble has completed executive education on topics of Strategic Leadership at Harvard Business School, Game Theory at Yale School of Management, Lean Six Sigma & Kaizen at MIT Sloan School of Management, and International Management at Wharton. Family, serving God, making himself better, and helping people are Kimble’s “Why.” Kimble and his wife, Lillian, have been together for 35 years and married for 27 years.
