Kris “Tanto” Paronto is a former U.S. Army Ranger, security contractor, author, and speaker best known for his role in the 2012 Benghazi attack. As part of the CIA annex security team, he helped defend Americans for over 13 hours, saving more than 20 lives—an experience chronicled in 13 Hours and its film adaptation. Today, Paronto is a security consultant and founder of the 14th Hour Foundation, supporting veterans and first responders. He also authored The Patriot’s Creed, sharing lessons on leadership, teamwork, and purposeful living.
