John Capasso Process Optimization - Prudential Pandit did a wonderful presentation for my company. Entitled "Close the Apps in Your Mind," Pandit shared tips on practicing mindfulness that help foster positive relationships in the workplace, help improve sleep and included current and relevant published research to help illustrate his points. By sharing his journey, Pandit showed how we could all learn from ourselves by simply taking some time to close extra apps in our mind. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adrian Iordan Employee Experience Program Manager - Hewlett Packard We had Pandit as a guest speaker for a couple of events at HP. The audience enjoyed very much the sessions. His personal story is very inspiring and his presentations were easy to follow. Thank you once again for your support, Pandit! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kruthi Vanama - Intel Pandit Dasa’s talk, “Mindfulness and resilience in the workplace”, at Intel Corporation was very enlightening and refreshing. The session was embedded into a 3-Day professional development conference organized by an employee resource group at the company called Intel India. Around 200 employees joined the call, and the audience was very well-engaged throughout the entirety of the session using the chat function though it was a virtual event. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jim Martin - Indeed Pandit set exactly the right tone for a recent event my team and I created for leaders in the HR and talent attraction space. His keynote on mindful leadership was inspiring. Pandit emphasized, among other things, that "self-care isn't selfish," adding that it's important for leaders to "lead by example, not just in how you perform in the office but also in your own self-care and wellbeing." After his keynote, many of the attendees at this event told me how much they appreciated Pandit's keynote, quoting several things he said back to me. Pandit closed his keynote with a group meditation as well. Along with inspiring, Pandit is warm, accessible, and has a good sense of humor — all the qualities you might want from a keynote speaker! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jurate L Wolfe People & Systems Scientist | Visionary & Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) @ Kennedy Space Center  Pandit Dasa, I had enjoyed an engaging presentation during safety days in the organization I work for. Pandit did an amazing job not only providing valuable information on mindfulness to a company of engineers, he kept attention and engagement within virtual environment. Grateful and delighted.
