Billy M. Kotsatos, a proud Greek American, was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland with a strong community that shaped his early years. He went on to attend The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, earning a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, Billy moved to the Washington, D.C. Metro area, where he launched his professional career. Billy currently resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with his wife, Sara, and their two crazy dogs, Theo and Kona.
