With extensive experience in real estate investment and development, Brandon is known for his strategic approach and ability to build strong teams. He regularly shares insights on business, leadership, and entrepreneurship. His work has made a significant impact in the industry, inspiring others to pursue success.

Brandon Green is a serial entrepreneur and investor based in Washington, D.C. He is best known as the co-founder of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), a real estate brokerage he helped grow into one of the nation's most successful, with annual sales exceeding $2 billion. Under his leadership, KWCP expanded to eight locations and earned recognition from the Washington Post as a “Best Employer” and from Inc. Magazine as one of America’s fastest-growing companies. The company also ranked among the top 0.2% of brokerages nationwide, according to the Wall Street Journal. Born in a mining town in Wyoming, Brandon moved to Washington, D.C., in 1999 with no money, no college degree, and no clear plan. He lived in a 1991 Chevy Cavalier and worked various sales jobs before finding his footing in real estate in 2001. Starting as an investor, he quickly transitioned to a licensed Realtor, earning $12 million in sales in his first year. By 2004, he had secured the Rookie of the Year award and national recognition in Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30. In 2006, Brandon co-founded KWCP with partners Bo Menkiti, Carlos Garcia, Joel Nelson, and Jason Martin. The firm was established with the vision of transforming lives, careers, and communities through real estate. During the 2008 financial crisis, Brandon's team adapted by shifting focus to institutional clients and handling foreclosures, selling hundreds of homes per year. This adaptability contributed to KWCP's rapid growth and success. Beyond real estate, Brandon is the founder and CEO of Chapter2Ventures, a Washington, D.C.-based holding company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build sustainable wealth through learning, investing, and connecting. Chapter2Ventures operates several high-impact businesses, including The Alchemy of Money®, a financial training and investing platform for small business owners. The company also manages a design firm, tech startup, and luxury hotel brand. Its official charity partner is The Alchemy Foundation, a nonprofit focused on financial literacy and support for early-stage entrepreneurs. As a keynote speaker for over 20 years, Brandon has inspired more than 1 million people across the United States, Canada, and Europe. His presentations focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial empowerment. Brandon has been featured by The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Inc., and Fortune Magazine. He is a member of YPO and serves on several boards, continuing to advocate for entrepreneurs and business leaders worldwide.
