Drawing from her experience as the founding Corporate Director for the Heroic Imagination Project with Dr. Phil Zimbardo, she integrates social and cognitive psychology with a strategic focus, emphasizing leadership excellence, inclusion, empowerment, and collaboration.
Previously, Deterline co-founded Street Smart IR, a San Francisco-based investor relations firm, focusing on leadership candor and credibility. She also served as a journalist at SmartMoney magazine and is a trained mediator.
