She transforms how leaders navigate change through her CEG Method™ (Courage, Empathy, Growth Mindset)—helping teams rise, connect, and lead with bold, human-centered impact.

Erin Herman empowers leaders to leverage change as a superpower so that they can take themselves and their organizations to new heights. For two decades, Erin has worked with Fortune 500 executive leadership teams across the globe to achieve global impact at scale. She has held executive leadership roles with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital-ALSAC and the United Nations Children's Fund, where she set the strategy for the global corporate partnerships program to achieve ambitious goals supporting the world’s most vulnerable children.
