Founded on TikTok in June 2021 by Leigh Elena Henderson, HRManifesto emerged as a creative outlet for her to experiment with content while working on her forthcoming no-nonsense guide to exiting toxic workplaces expected for release in June 2024. Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to HRManifesto, backed with nearly 20 years of experience as a seasoned HR executive in Corporate America. Leigh’s extensive experience and academic qualifications uniquely position her to offer invaluable guidance and coaching on surviving and thriving in the modern workplace. 

Having supported five different Fortune 100 companies throughout her career, Leigh has navigated the complexities of the workplace landscape with proficiency and insight. Her educational background further solidifies her credibility, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in management from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School, as well as a master’s degree in global human resource development from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign.
