Jocko Willink is a retired Navy SEAL officer known for his leadership and discipline. He spent 20 years in the SEAL Teams, commanding SEAL Team Three’s Task Unit Bruiser during the Battle of Ramadi. His unit became the most decorated of the Iraq War. He received the Silver Star and Bronze Star.
After his combat service, he took charge of training all West Coast SEAL Teams. He developed new leadership programs and mentored future leaders. His book "Extreme Ownership" discusses these principles of accountability and strategy.
Willink co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership consulting firm. He hosts the Jocko Podcast, focusing on leadership and personal growth. His work helps organizations achieve their goals through disciplined execution.
